Personal data processing

This is a pilot website of Estetium dental clinic (16 Mykoly Bazhana Ave, Kyiv). The data controller is Estetium clinic.

What we collect: the name and phone number you enter in the form, and advertising click tags (source, campaign). We do not store your IP address or browser data.

Why: so that the front desk can contact you about an appointment, and the clinic can see which advertising works.

Where and how long: your name and phone number are passed to the clinic's patient record (ClinicCards) and kept there under the clinic's rules. On the website server the phone number is stored only in encrypted form and deleted after it is passed to the clinic or after 30 days.

We do not pass diagnoses or services to advertising platforms. If we report that you contacted us, it is only as an encrypted (hashed) number.

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to change or delete your data — call +380 97 221 22 21.
